Sordi impianti and its
activity is developed in the chemical field, mainly applied to the realization
of products for dairies.
This is the field where the company results to be actually innovating as, the
first in Italy, it defines and set up the technology for the production of
liquid rennet.
Sordi impianti it starts manufacturing the first machines and plants for the
milk processing industry: skimming machines (manual and motor-driven), ice
making machines, machines for processing of milk and rennet as well as a lot of
chemicals to be used in the relevant production processes.
From now on, the company is in the core of the Italian milk dairy industry both
for the production/ supply of rennet and as manufacturer of dairy machines
(milk processing units, refrigerating machines, milk to casein processing
equipment, bottles cleaning, bottles closures equipment) and of big production
plants for the milk and dairy industries.
Company’s main job is the planning, manufacture and installation of equipment
and plants for the food and dairy industry.
Sordi impianti produced highly reliable and flexible processing plants and its
production covers the whole area of food processing plants.
In particular Sordi production range mainly covers the milk dairy field (milk
thermal processing lines for the production of yoghurt, puddings, creams,
cheese making lines) but also the field of fruit juices and nectars, tomato,
eggs, wine and the confectionery industry.
Sordi experience operates in the following fields:
- Preparation lines for fruit juice
- Production lines for cheese
- Lines for yogurt
- CIP washing units
The company also manufactures equipment for drinks, juices and vegetable drinks
as well as CIP (Cleaning In Place) lines both for equipment and process lines.
The excellent know-how of our process engineers and the extreme design
flexibility is the result of an experience acquired in the most different food
processings. Hundreds of plants realized since now ensure, for each request, a
dedicated design and solution giving the highest efficiency and productivity.
Sordi impianti also ensures a valid support from the planning and plants organization until they are installed and running paying special care to the plant running optimization.
